Spring Washers

Spring washers (split lock washers) are designed to prevent nuts and bolts from loosening under vibration and dynamic loads. The split, curved profile bites into both the nut face and the material surface, creating a mechanical lock that maintains tension in the joint.

Available in BZP finish in metric sizes M6 to M20, manufactured to DIN 127. Spring washers should be used under the nut and are commonly combined with a flat washer beneath them to protect the substrate surface.
